Simply put: we’ll always do our best to deliver great photos and videos for you, and work with you to ensure the event is a success.

Your photos / footage are yours to use. We may use them for portfolio, unless you’re not comfortable about it.

Just remember to pay us on time 😊🥂

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By approving this quotation or invoice, you and / or your company agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the service and work rendered by the brand Event Photographer Singapore (EPS), represented by Isaac Zhang Xinchen (Brand Manager). This agreement is between all Clients and the brand.

QUOTATION VALIDITY

30 days from the date of issue.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

We expect complete payment within 14 days of delivery of final files.

There will be a 7.5% interest charge per month on late invoices.

DELIVERY

Photography: Hi-res JPEG format.

Digital download via online storage platform (e.g. WeTransfer, Google Drive)

Regular: 3-5 Working Days

Express: 1-2 Working Days

OR Based on the agreed timeline between the Client and Event Photographer Singapore.

Videos: Based on the agreed timeline between the Client and Event Photographer Singapore.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests outside the normal scope of work need to be informed and cleared prior to the shoot.

RAW PHOTO OR FOOTAGE

Our policy does not allow raw photos or raw footage to be given to the Client unless agreed upon prior to confirmation of the quotation.

QUALITY & QUANTITY OF WORK

The photographer agrees to produce a good quantity of high-quality photos / videos to the best of his/her ability, subject to event conditions. The photographer cannot be held liable for a lack of photographs / footage due to unforeseen circumstances eg. the willingness of guests, venue technical issues.

RELEVANT ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

The Client shall bear all quoted expenses and all expenses arising from any alteration of the original scope of work (e.g. parking fee, courier fee).

TRANSPORTATION

In cases of multiple event venues, transportation to be provided by Client or transportation costs to be borne by the Client.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

Article CH12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW and COPYRIGHT ACT (CHAPTER 63) assigns copyright of creative work (images or footages) to Event Photographer Singapore.

Any images or copies of images and/or videos whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images and/or videos are protected by the Intellectual Property Law and Copyright Act. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically / electronically or by any other means, an image created as part of this contract without the permission of Event Photographer Singapore in writing.

Rights to the photographs and videos may not be released or assigned to any third party unless a mutual agreement has been reached between Event Photographer Singapore and the Client. Event Photographer Singapore retains rights for portfolio usage (inclusive of websites and other online media platforms) unless specified by the Client for confidentiality.

USAGE

The Client is provided a usage license as per standard industry practice. No usage rights will be granted until full payment has been made or if any of the terms of this agreement have been breached.

REFUSAL TO SHOOT

The Management reserves the right to turn down any request we deem inappropriate, unflattering or may cause any harm to any staff or equipment, physically or mentally.

INDEMNITY

The Client shall indemnify and hold Event Photographer Singapore harmless against all claims, liability, damages, and expenses incurred directly or indirectly in connection with any third party claim arising from the usage of the photographs/video footage.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

All prices specified in the quotation confidential between Client and Event Photographer Singapore. Event Photographer Singapore will also do its best to maintain confidentiality for the Client within reasonable means.

INDEPENDENCY

a. Event Photographer Singapore shall perform the Contract as an independent contractor and shall not be the servant or agent of the Client.

b. Event Photographer Singapore shall not be liable or become involved in any disputes between Client and its clients (externally), or within the Client’s organisation/ company/ partnership (internally). In case of such disputes, the Client shall indemnify Event Photographer Singapore against all claims, costs, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses, or liability whatsoever arising directly or indirectly.

c. Any third party who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act to enforce any terms and conditions of this Agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

The terms and conditions apply to the brand Event Photographer Singapore and its photographers, videographers or other staff.

The terms and conditions are subjected to change any time without prior notice in reasonable effect.
